WaterCrest is convenient to all of life's necessities. Take I-75 to Exit 213 (University Parkway) and head east approximately 3/4 mile to Lakewood Ranch Boulevard. Head north (left) on Lakewood Ranch Boulevard for approxiately one mile to WaterCrest entrance located on the right side of the street.
